Pros
There are some great students who come back to visit or e-mail me to tell me what they are doing. I like discussing education with my colleagues.
Cons
Very political, poor middle management, not supportive of their teachers, too much gossip. The teachers that do the least are best off as they stay out of the spotlight--it is best to keep a low profile. The moral is bad, the rules are seldom followed, and there is a lot of apathy. The facilities are not a good as they should be for the price of the education.
