VideoAmp Response
4yThe information you shared is deeply concerning -- as you note you are part of the VideoAmp team as a current Vamper, we hope for a better way forward for you.
Much of what is noted here is simply not factual. There are not rewards for Glassdoor reviews (anecdotally or financially) and our recent recognition from AdAge as the #1 Best Place To Work 2022 came directly as a result from anonymous feedback provided from all employees in a survey the trade publication conducted in advance of the award. This is not shared to dismiss your POV but rather to share the data and truth from a few sources. Our engagement rates have never been higher and our attrition has never been lower - we're grateful for every Vamper on our team that is fueling our growth and results everyday. We share this data with all at the company through our monthly all hands meetings as our commitment to transparent communication from Day 1.
We recognize VideoAmp and many companies may not be the perfect fit for everyone. We share openly and transparently in our Manifesto so that people, customers and candidates all understand what drives us everyday to deliver outsized value for customers. Our people are the foundation and fabric of our business - we create space for 1:1 advice from employees, focus groups, semi-annual companywide surveys where we see 100% participation and direct action planning thereafter to ensure we're doing what matters most for our culture.
For those checking outVideoAmp, part of our team or considering us as a designation for your career, I invite you to connect with our CEO, me and my team -- all of which are available anytime for everyone to address any questions or concerns on your mind.
