Pros

Some great colleagues. The work the frontline volunteeers do with victims is commendable and keeps the charity going. It's a great place to volunteer for, just not so much to work for.

Cons

Key decisions are made by those based in London so are London centric. This is to the detriment of the charity as costs in London are so much higher. The charity is too top heavy with more resources needed for more service delivery managers and less for senior management and head office staff.
