I applied online. I interviewed at Victim Support (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
Application submitted, was ask to interview quite quickly following application closing date.
Interview felt quite haphazard at points, I wasn't told to bring items that were required, and so I felt somehow I was to blame.
Was given a written task which I was not warned about prior to interview, and then given the usual general questions.

Question 1
How do I decompress from dealing with emotionally difficult situations
Good. The team were very nice. It was remote. They called back personally to say the other candidate was stronger. This was a lovely touch as the majority of organisations either ghost or send the generic automated message.
