You get paid $10 less then the people in the higher tier and if you aren't in that pay tier you never will be. They treat their new employees like garbage. They higher convinced fellons. They don't care about the people they higher. They took the yearly raise away for a bonus and with the overtime you work they pay raise is more beneficial. They say they are all about safety but only worry about it when they wanna get you in trouble. If you aren't a white male you will have a hard time moving into management. Very dirty, you can make more in a cleaner safer warehouse. I've been here for almost 3 year and I started at 16.56 and now I make 17.56 I won't get a scheduled raise till 2023 which will be 60 cents. Shift differential is only 70 cents. You will spend alot of time away from family and friends. No matter how good of an employee you are they will not give you a raise unless it is scheduled. I work at 90 to 95% efficiency while guys in the higher tier are at 60% to 70% and they still make more than me. If I drop my production to where they are I will get pulled into the office and told about it.
