Our HR team has listened to our employees around the globe and as such, has implemented an improved learning management system, workshops for continued professional development, creation of professional development plans, and development programs for people leaders. Our new Victaulic Leadership Academy will better equip managers to better develop their teams. We do recognize that our Sales professionals in the field sometimes don’t benefit from all of these programs the same way, but our Sales Training Program has also undergone many changes in the past year, most notably the inclusion of top Sales leaders sharing their experience and making themselves more accessible to new hires and shorter tenured employees. Professional development is a focus of Sales Training at all levels and across all geographies.
