Pros
the people in my group are hard working and generally fun to work around. We try hard to all do the best for our customers, and we like helping them out with their product needs and orders. There are many long time loyal customers and they love our products and service.
Cons
Sales leadership is always blaming anyone but sales for their issues. There is no need to rant and yell at people, particualrly when we are trying to be of help to you. It is uncalled for in a company. So if you want no recognition, and want to be yelled at, come and work in customer care
