      I’ve only been at for a short time, but I already feel like part of the team. Everyone’s been super welcoming, and the vibe is really positive and down-to-earth. People are passionate about what they do, and there’s a real sense of teamwork and support. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and just enjoy coming to work every day.

      Pros

      - Corporate culture - Interesting business trips - Existence of the year bonus - Payment for the lunches - Cool team buildings - Amazing team

      Cons

      - Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead) - I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work - No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
