      Management and colleagues have a great teamwork culture, hard work is recognised, no dress code or formalities, fair salary, exposure to other business units, fun company events, great place to learn many skills very fast

      Workload is overwhelming, start-up style growing pains (lack of integrated systems)

      Pros

      - Corporate culture - Interesting business trips - Existence of the year bonus - Payment for the lunches - Cool team buildings - Amazing team

      Cons

      - Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead) - I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work - No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
