      Pros

      Many people that left still consider Viber as the best place they worked for, it's not perfect but people actually care about each other and want to improve the company

      Cons

      I wish they had full work from home :) but no company offers that today

      Pros

      - Corporate culture - Interesting business trips - Existence of the year bonus - Payment for the lunches - Cool team buildings - Amazing team

      Cons

      - Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead) - I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work - No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
