Cons
Everything else. I am only giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. Management in this company will lie through their teeth and still sleep like babies at night. They cheat hard working employees out of promotions that were promised to them. They DO NOT pay their third-party vendors on time if at all. 4 different companies are currently suing for hundreds of thousands of dollars total. This has RUINED all of their small businesses completely. It shows a wonton disregard for other people and is incredibly unprofessional and just plain evil. Everyone is currently jumping ship as fast as they can as it is sinking. Also, they are EXTREMELY misogynistic and sexist- they do not like to listen to women in any fashion but unfortunately there is no suitable HR person to report them to. HR is just a facade in this company. Only people allowed in upper management are all related to each other in a familial way. If you do not marry into their group you will never stand a chance and will be taken advantage of until you quit and they replace you. Constantly was asked to do things that are not part of the job description. Overall, this job was a nightmare.
