      Pros

      Flexible schedule and great people to work with in the field.

      Cons

      They don't pay the rent and expect employees do deal with the problems. The company doesn't pay the expenses promised. Corporate team treat employees like they mean nothing.

      The flexibility was nice. There was benefits at this company, which was a plus.

      Cons

      The company was absolutely a nightmare. The management was awful. All of the properties were dirty and falling down. Nothing met code. The units were unsafe and unsanitary.
