I have been so happy with my decision to join a VIP animal hospital. It is a phenomenal team and work culture and feel I can provide/offer top notch medical care to my patients and therefore feel proud to offer such services to the community. My team is passionate, hard-working, thorough and kind. My office manager and medical director are truly amazing, taking in any concerns I have and finding answers if I have any questions, and also giving positive feedback or suggestions. They continue to impress me with how they handle difficult situations and support me and surrounding staff with the upmost respect and guidance. VIP has been nothing but a great support system to me during onboarding and the hospital as a whole. I am very grateful to have found my current hospital and team.

Corporate is a dumpster fire. The only way the CEO knows how to fix the bottom line, so he can look good at the meetings, is to fire people. They have fired so many people so they can look good to a board that doesn’t care about vets or animals that the entire company lives in fear of getting fired. They have no clue what the people they fired do, so their job just doesn’t get done.
