Pros
I worked for Vested in its infancy and am proud of the role I played in the company's growth. During my time, we were a small but dedicated team that was determined to change the field of recruiting. I'm proud to see that my former co-workers have achieved this goal and more! The company was great about listening to everyone on the team and affording us opportunities for professional growth. The skills I picked up while working for Vested enabled me to land my current position. I do miss my former colleagues and regret that I had to leave such a promising company, but am happy to see Vested thriving in my absence.
Cons
When I was here, there were long hours and the pay wasn't the best. They appear to have improved on both of these counts as they have grown and gained more partners and clients.
