      No pros they just suck at what they doing

      Cons

      There is no basis of the policy which they claim they have. You don't even get a signed copy of offer letter from the management . Just a sheet of paper. No PF , no gratuity policy . They don't even have HR everything is managed by just 3 people. They don't have ATS so every employee maintains sheets. Pathetic kind of working culture . No platforms to use. They ask employees to work overtime from day one. No support at all
