Vestd is full of incredibly talented people — smart, skilled, and genuinely great to work with.

During my time there, advancement felt very male-centric. Several highly capable women left and went on to senior roles at other companies. LinkedIn makes it clear many former female colleagues have since moved into head-of and leadership positions elsewhere. It’s frustrating to watch strong talent walk out the door because they weren’t given opportunities to progress internally.

There is still some of the early culture, good team, very transparent with business reviews, senior management are very involved and very driven. You get equity!

No progression except becoming a team lead, with no recognition or reward for good work. Very male-centric middle-management and tendency to reward more typical male behavior. Focus on HR stats rather than output. No previous management experience in start-ups so it doesnt have the same buzz, progression, or agility you'd get in other start-ups. Salary is poor - more than 1.5 years without salary reviews.
