No management direction. Terrible culture that promotes racist and sexist ways of thinking, filling positions based off of quotas and not experience. Would rather place an employee on a "PIP" with goals that were not even attainable then to just lay the person off..... providing absolutely no severance. Extremely long hours as employees are not empowered to make even common sense decisions. I still have nightmares of having to create business cases to get approval for "just do it" level decisions.
