Pros
The benefits package was hard to beat, Fully paid health, vision,dental. Also flex spending and adoption plans available. Atmosphere was great they didn't bother you if you did your job.
Cons
Terrible spending habits and they would throw money on problems to make them dissapear. Managed their assets(People) poorly, training was good but they often concentrated on deadwood rather than the employees that were making and saving them money. They also did alot of knee jerk reactions to solve problems that could have been solved by someone with a clear head and for alot cheaper. Treated the "Danes" alot better than the American counterparts, most of the time the technical manuals were so out of date that experienced personnel in the feild often kept things going with their personnal experience and then were fired or "layed off" leaving all the inexperienced, Slackers, clock watchers to man the sinking ship.
