Where do you start! From hiring incompetent staff to promoting idiots it all goes on in merry old Fawley. They had numerous resignations with in first few months of opening from staff members to managers. They are back stabbing everyone it's like a school playground with the children's behaviour health and safety is none existing and you earn 1900 a month compared to for example a technican job elsewhere at 3500 a month with benefits of which you get none at MHI. Two completely different companies vestas and MHI and it shows hugely....
