Pros
Most people come to Vestas because of its hourly pay and benefits, can't pretend that they weren't good. Recently they started paying workers more for specific certifications which is nice. Guaranteed 40 hour work week with some holidays off.
Cons
Be forewarned, this company has a reputation for mass layoffs. You can potentially become sensitized by your build material so ALWAYS wear protection. Safety is not always first when pressed for time, as is quality. Management would also rather blame the workers when they have issues instead of building off their criticism. Only expect to get the weekends off once as year as your schedule rotates every month, you'll also work 6 days in a row to offset it and if your on night shift the pay period cutoff screws over your overtime.
