      Pros

      My Veryon journey started with a transparent, well communicated, two way interview process, followed by being welcomed and onboarded by a supportive team who are always available to support. The Company values were shared with me early on and now that I am a few months in, I can see so many instances where these values come to life - they are not just words on a piece of paper! There is a real focus on team involvement and collaboration. The team all have the opportunity to recognise and reward each other within departments and also cross-functionally. There is an open culture for asking questions and a feeling that you can always ask for any support when needed. Guidance is given through regular 121s with managers/colleagues and through programs such as the Company's mentorship program. Veryon demonstrates a progressive & innovative approach in a super cool industry. I will never tire of hearing the passion shared from more experienced industry team members.

      Cons

      There are, as with any international company, some time-zone challenges for communication but everyone seems to be working together to find ways to work around this. The Company is growing so there is always a ton of things to do (and ways to innovate) which makes choosing which are a priority a challenge but having goals in place are helping to keep focus.
