      Pros

      -quick onboarding process with lots of feedback/positive experiences from the onboarding team! -genuine, caring teammates who are dedicated to the success of the team -very knowledgable, passionate SMEs who are willing to help answer any and all aviation questions

      Cons

      -due to a last-minute change to my start date, I had some trouble with my access/computer setup, but it was understandable with the team rushing to try to get everything set up for me (the team was also very helpful in working to get me onboarded when issues did arise)
