Pros

The company has an office in Los Altos with a distributed team across the US, and an R&D center in Tel Aviv. The leadership managed to create a great culture even though many people have never met and I feel close to many of my colleagues. This is a team of winners. The founders managed to pull top talent so it feels like everyone is pulling each other to new highs. The customers love the product which is a great feeling.

Cons

Company in hyper-growth, employee number tripled in the past 7 months and probably will again over the next year.

Thank you for your feedback! We acknowledge that our product is an industry game changer, but we know we couldn't done it without our people. We believe in finding the right people, providing the right tools, and creating the best environment to learn and grow, so during chaotic periods such as organizational changes - we will be able to overcome our challenges. We believe in transparency and are committed to communicating when we are in good times, but also (!) when we are not. People leave when trust is broken.

Lack of transparency between Tel Aviv and Los Gatos offices. Micro-managing, controlling and erratic CEO. Org lacks clear organization and communication. Mediocre pay and benefits.

We put lots of effort into finding the right people alongside finding the best employees. We do believe in transparency and communication and we've done a lot to improve in it, Though there are always blind spots during organizational changes so thank you for bringing this to our attention. Since January 2023, we have been doing two times a year compensation research through ongoing third-party market research. By this, we ensure all of our employees are being compensated fairly and appropriately and we make sure our compensation and total rewards are aligned with the industry standards.
