Pros
The benefit package is very competitive and bonuses tend to be on the up side if you are a solid producer. The product lines are exciting and interesting. Management generally give the ability to implement your own ideas and is generally supportive of out of the box thinking.
Cons
Hours can tend to be long at times, with early start times and frequent evening hours. Lack of strategic planning can bring up multiple "on the fly" projects that have unclear strategies and require fast track implementation -- often resulting in a less than quality launch. Promotions require moving to New Jersey in some cases, which severely limits the talent pool of people able to get promoted.
