Cons
Senior management sometimes requests demands without seeing big picture. Demands are high for results without understanding work involved in achieving them. They require quantity without care for quality sometimes. In addition, I find some leaders do not have the people skills to be effective Managers. Leading by example is not always the case. Sometimes I feel that some management is too insecure in themselves to praise or provide positive feedback to their dirct reports.
