Pros
Good benefits package (401k match, profit sharing, health, paid vacation, PTO and a slew of other goodies). Get to work on big-scale projects that have a large impact.
Cons
Not all projects created equal, many teams that are very set in their ways and lack leadership at all levels. Ensure you know the project you will be working on before accepting to work here as theres little to no room for advancement. Many upper level management treat workers as slaves and expect workers to work at wee hours of the day only to impress and receive credit from their upper management.
