Pros

-Holiday pay 8 hours -Colorado trip for new hires -Paid lunch during SMB events

Cons

-Predatory sales training focusing on adding every item in your quota to each quote to perform on metrics -Management can’t sell majority of them were -Predatory sales reps that lead region due to slamming quotes with add ons in customers face or getting customer to agree to final monthly price not mentioning what “comes included” with said price. -Management will do anything crooked to close new line sales. -Management will have you lie about home address customer is using for Verizon internet just to get qualified and close deal don’t care how bad service is because they don’t actually live in said address just used it to qualify. -Avoid customers trying to return to try to get them to fall behind the 30day return policy forcing them to be stuck with lease for 36months -30min lunch if you are late they dig into sick time -80% of top performers in AZ are slamming products down customers throats and adding lines to hit quota just getting consumer to agree to price and not give paper copy or give paper quote but on iPad have something different that just equals same monthly cost. -Crappy management 60% were predatory sales reps that lead district and got promoted now teaching whole stores tactics they used “back in the day”. -Management will watch you deal with escalation allday instead of helping they sit in back than when you make no sales for day because you were dealing with customers they needed to be helping they put you on performative list or try to role play like you are doing something wrong.

Pros

Compensation is competitive but you will work very hard for it. Culture is excellent and exhibited and practiced from the top down. Benefits are excellent and cost reasonable. 401k match and profit sharing. Lots of training and professional development opportunities. Can advance if you're willing to relocate.

Cons

Company is trying to transform into what it wants to be beyond a wireless carrier (cloud?, security?, telematics?, wholesaler?, etc) and is struggling with a vision, resources, and org structure to make it a reality. Several re-organizations over last few years so job security has frequently been a question. Often delayed response to competitors caused by management's concern that acting would result in not meeting Wall Street expectations. Not the "happiest" place to work because no result is ever good enough and successes aren't celebrated because the focus is always on the next weekly/monthly/quarterly goal.
