      If you want to be involved in the technology and company that could make history in the ticketing industry by eliminating the paper ticket, this is the place to work. Fun smart team building exciting products that must scale.

      Cons

      Startups are not for everyone and you must be committed to the long haul because it takes a long time to make inroads against Ticketmaster.

      Pros

      Very relaxed, laid back to the extent that people are way too busy devising ways to keep their jobs secured by not sharing any knowledge among co-workers.

      Cons

      One will learn how to fool the management by lying how much was accomplished, learn to put down others who are smarter. Engineering management will definitely fire if one is smarter than the hiring authority.
