      Pros

      Great company to gain plenty of experiences. Their offered salaries are usually slightly above the market rate and their benefits are good also. Their CEO is very humble and easy to talk with.

      Cons

      Their management style, friction between departments, unclear career path, very demanding work environment, and often difficulty separating work-life balance.

      Pros

      Very relaxed, laid back to the extent that people are way too busy devising ways to keep their jobs secured by not sharing any knowledge among co-workers.

      Cons

      One will learn how to fool the management by lying how much was accomplished, learn to put down others who are smarter. Engineering management will definitely fire if one is smarter than the hiring authority.
