Pros
Benefits and pay were excellent. Good group of people to work with that help each other out.
Cons
People that got terminated in 2023 were only given accrued vacation and two weeks pay. People that had been with the company with up to 43 years of service. This is not the way to have treated hard working dedicated employees. Management then hires people for less money thinking they can do the same job. It takes years to do what we did. Then they leave after 3 years. Management doesn't think about the time it takes for someone new to learn everything and all the money they spent on training someone.
