Veritiv interview questions

Half hearted Interview with recruiter. Two weeks later I met with Sales Manager, Felt he was too busy to interview. Discussed pay and the focuss on new business sales. Thought it was odd no car package but you want us to go use our cars to make sales calls on a 75k base. 3 weeks later met with VP via Teams call. They stated they would get back to me with an offer but never heard back. Admittedly i wasnt truly interested unless they offered a higher salary plus car package. The failure was poor communication, and a poor compensation package unless your a fresh out of school candidate.

Simple behavioral with a senior director and direct manager. Just behavioral no technical. Overall process took about a month from the first phone screening to the offer letter. All the people I interviewed with were relaxed and made the process fun .
