Management is usually unavailable. I was told opportunities would be available but there weren’t any and sometimes we were discouraged not to look. The workloads aren’t even or fair because management has their own inner circles. There’s excessive supervision and control, like they don’t trust their own staff. Any communication from management came across as intimidating, sort of a pack mentality approach.
