      Pros

      Great people working in the office. There are leaders that invest in growth of the employee base. SLT works on the goals they set.

      Cons

      Certain locations do not provide growth opportunities. The message at the top isn't always pushed at the site level. Limited exposure to the broad organization and projects in Exton.
