Senior management is supportive and have a plan for where they want the company to be in the future. Projects are fairly well planned out with requirements and specifications. Lots of access to knowledgeable people to collaborate with to solve problems and for new projects.

Too many projects being worked on simultaneously. They are in the process of implementing a new ERP system, so, I know a lot will be changing??
