      Great benefits, tuition reimbursement (in some cases), CEO/CFO is a brilliant, hard-working woman, opportunity for movement within company (not necessarily in form of promotion, but in location preference)

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
