      Pros

      Employees are dedicated and extremely hard working. The benefits under the previous company (xpedx) were nice. Pay was competitive in the market.

      Once the take over of xpedx by Unisource was completed, most of the former xpedx employees were pushed out. The majority of the jobs were moved to either Ga. or Fl.

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
