      Pros

      The new CEO Sal is great. Holds monthly webcasts for the employees to ensure communication is solid on all levels. People have worked here forever which shows me they also feel this is a good company to work for.

      Cons

      Everyone is very sensitive about not offending anyone. Different type of culture than what I've experienced in my previous career.
