      Pros

      Fortune 500, looks good on resume, ok benefits, opportunity for leadership positions and growth within the organization if you work hard enough

      Cons

      Poor management, doesn’t pay enough, overworked/underpaid, lots of turnover, no organizational structure, people in leadership positions can’t lead. Would recommend at all
