Management is an untrusting group of people who believe in micromanaging and breed fear-mongering amongst the supervisors and their direct reports.
Each day got worse, more people were leaving and turnover was getting increasingly high, even with some of the most tenured employees.
Growth and opportunity are obsolete and even indirectly discouraged and blocked.
