Logistics - Logistics Coordinator Veritiv Employee Review

I got hired and fired in a month. They say it was cause of attendance but I only used a one work day and 4 hours of PLANNED time off. One day was planned 2 weeks in advance and the other half day was planned for my dads surgery. Fully informed, they claimed it was for attendance. Also, they werent professional about it. I was called 8 hours before my shift and told not to show up. I'm a very hard worker and actually liked the work but they dont inform you if anything is an issue or give you any reviews. DONT EXPECT BEING GOOD AT YOUR JOB IS GOING TO BE ENOUGH FOR THEM. They will release you when you least expect it and for reasons you dont understand.
