Pros

The pay was good. Co workers supported each other. Management had an open-door policy and were easy to talk to.

Cons

I left because I had a big concern for the future of the company. In my time there, I saw many offices and warehouses close, and the final straw was the mass layoff in spring of 2018. While the pay was nice and my job was not directly affected at the time, I had serious concern for the health of the company. Training was non-existent and there was no clear program in place to train and onboard new employees properly. It was a matter of sit with this person, learn it from them, and then do it. Often times, official system training would occur after the employee has already taken over a segment and had been on their own for months.
