Salary Benefits Pension Vacation hours Parking Easily accessible

Cons

Horrible Customer Service management team Horrible morale Alot of clicks and friendships amongst the employees that make only fuel the bullying and favouritism that is prevelant Management team feels they can do no wrong Little to no accountability from team lead High stress for minimal pay Alot of finger pointing Horrible training Workloads get piled on to long term employees as management poorly trains new staff Little room for advancement Mininamal pay raises Management plays favourites Managment are friends so it makes it extremely difficult to address concerns as they are not held in a confidential matter. Policies mean very little Inappropriate conversation are had on the work floor on a daily basis Multiple employees take stress leave on a regular basis High turnover in customer service
