Pros
Traffic control was excellent and you usually received a fair amount of time to work on your projects. Occasionally designers have the opportunity to design for and contribute to very large brands and accounts. Fun work environment within the Packaging Design Network.
Cons
There are times when projects need done "by yesterday" -- as with any place. Design opportunities come from sales reps. Some members on the sales team are worse than others. Some are terrific, but some have a tendency to throw designers under the bus for anything that wasn't communicated on their part. The Packaging Design Network generally provides adequate "air support" for designers.
