      Pros

      Culture that values work/life balance. Management cultivates talent. Strong Fortune 500 company. Great benefits that start immediately, 401k company match that is immediately yours - no tenure required. Tons of health ins options to choose from.

      Cons

      Still a lot of work harmonizing the two companies. Lots of opportunity for efficiencies to be created.

      They are lenient when it comes to time of our working from home.

      Cons

      You do not get hired for full time or promoted based on qualifications. They choose who to hire based on who you know and who you are friendly with.
