Credit Manager - Credit and Collections Manager Veritiv Employee Review

After the merger, the way Veritiv kept chiseling away at benefits and perks was shameful. Sick days and floating holidays were reduced because the company claimed they surveyed other similar size companies and this was the trend. I would have liked to have seen that survey! Veritiv chipped away at personnel, took away perks trying to save money because they put people in place in upper management that were ill-equipped to handle the jobs. A very short-sighted company that will die a little more with each subsequent quarterly loss.
