Cons
Horrible training process, it's very unorganized. The whole training process needs to be restructured. They only hire through temp agencies and your future with the company relies on the opinion of a mentor that they sit you with to shadow for the first 90 days. Even if you're hired on, its a lot of pressure from management not to make mistakes and cater to sales reps. It's very fast past and almost impossible not to make errors. If you make 1 or 2 little errors they will come down hard on you and treat you like a horrible screw up. I worked really hard and it got me nowhere.They are quick to fire people, especially temps. A lot of people quit also. They give the sales reps way too much power and seniority over the customer service reps. Management caters to the sales reps and will throw customer service reps under the bus without doing enough investigating.
