Pros

Laid back environment, minimal weekend work, some good people, it can be challenging work at times due to constant change

Cons

Company isn't innovative - the paper industry is in decline and this trend will continue. The company's lack of innovation means future growth prospects are grim, which means less opportunities for employees as revenues continue to decline each year. Benefits are just okay - The vacation and sick leave benefits are poor. Insurance options are a joke and absurdly expensive. On the flip side, the 401k is pretty good with immediate vesting of the company's match. 100% match up to 3% and 50% match for the next 2%. No stock options are offered to management. Their systems SUCK - I've never seen a company with so many systems. It's crazy! This is a result of the merger and they are trying to consolidate them, but it will take years and there will still be multiple systems when they are done. Be prepared to not receive any formal training with any of them. Fragmented company - there are large groups of employees in different areas of the country - atlanta, jacksonville, chicago, philly, phoenix, st. louis, and overseas, just to name a few. This often made it very difficult to get things done as people liked to hide behind their email.
