      Pros

      Great hard working people there and some management is ok but that's as far as the pros go. If you're ok with not moving up and and your last place before you retire.

      Cons

      No growth potential, subpar pay, subpar increases, broken promises from upper management, no future in company, and uncertainty in credit dept with many changes.
