      Pros

      Like any large organization, there are good talented people to collaborate with.

      Cons

      Extremely poor management ideals; stuck on concepts from the 1920s on how to drive productivity. Managers actually regurgitate this to employees: "You have to tell your people that they suck, so they get better." Laughable and at best, misguided, at worse, incompetent.
