      Sem política de RH, Sem gestão de carreira, Filial Brasileira sem autonomia, departamentos sem integração , impossível implementar processos entre vendas,fábrica,pós-venda etc pois o Country Manager não tem autonomia

      Hybrid schedule Great product International company with a somewhat flat structure

      Cons

      Favoritism and nepotism run deep in this company. If you are on the outs, it is harder to advance in the company. Zero culture, no celebrations/recognition/ERGs. You don't feel valued or part of something larger than you.
